Had a bug yesterday,not sick,as id only had 2 slimfasts anyway but constantly on toilet,all day/night,got on scales today ...........................................lost 4lb!!!

I had same a fortnight ago, unfortunately I think proceeded to GAIN 6lb over the course of the next week despite eating like an angelic dieter

Even now im feeling better, as you say the 4lb will go on as it was water.12st 7 lb looked great on them there scales
